Introduction: Presentation of the results of accomplishment of National program in invasive treatment of acute myocardial infarction in RM. Methods: Actually the program includes Chișinău, the center region of Republic of Moldova and the administrative territorial unit of Găgăuzia. For the program we selected appropriate institutions with 24/24 h service ability. Results: In the first seven months, about 280 patients have benefi ted from this service. Conclusions: The success we had, the reserves and the obstacles in implementating this program are the subject of our presentation.
